Job Title : Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Location : Mukwonago, WI

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Shift : 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM)

A well-established and growing manufacturer in the Mukwonago area is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations on 1st shift . This is a direct hire opportunity with immediate benefits and long-term stability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience using voltmeters in a manufacturing setting.

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using voltmeters and diagnostic tools.

Work with control panels, motors, conveyors, and other industrial systems.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance initiatives.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

✅ Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

Solid knowledge of electrical systems and voltmeter usage.

Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
