Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Continuing education in construction is highly desirable.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline (excavation, pipe, concrete, or paving).
One or more years of construction supervisory experience is preferred.
- Certification : OSHA 10-hour certification is required.
- License : Valid driver’s license required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise paving and milling operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Oversee and coordinate work crews, equipment, and materials to achieve project goals.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize project efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
