As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. You will perform routine patrols, remain highly visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the location to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and verifying credentials when necessary.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the property to help to deter unwanted behavior and promote a welcoming environment.

Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
