Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including print, social media graphics, presentations, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and are visually engaging.
• Prepare production ready files for both print and digital use.
• Coordinate with external vendors to obtain quotes, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Track and submit vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with Canva or other design tools in addition to Asana or similar project management platform.
• Advanced knowledge of layout, color theory, typography, and design principles and ability to educate stakeholders on best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate, accept feedback, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
