SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER

The Senior Construction Scheduler will primarily be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for commercial construction projects. McGough uses critical path scheduling along with our Last Planner System to track and maintain progress. The Senior Construction Scheduler will be responsible to attend weekly meetings to review and update progress, review subcontractors weekly work plans and update the overall project tracking tools. The position will also lead pull planning meetings periodically, to create specific work plans for each scheduled milestone along the critical path.

Qualifications : Required :

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• Experience in construction phase of project lifecycle
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders, and project teams.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling or project management
• Excellent communication skills

Office : Open to remote applicants. Preferably based out of our headquarters in St. Paul, MN.

Travel : Up to 50% travel may be required to project sites across the country.

Position involves sitting for extended periods of time at employee's work station and during meetings as well as while traveling, either by plane or car. Employee needs to be able to lift up to 20 pounds as frequently as needed to move objects; dexterity to write and manipulate computer keyboard and mouse; ability to hear and speak clearly; and ability to distinguish between colors on graphs and charts.

Employee will be required to visit multiple construction jobsites on a weekly or bi-weekly basis which may expose the employee to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $130-$160K, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer.

Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth.
