• Leading a global Digitalization & AI team with members based in various international offices reporting to the Vice President Global Technology, Execution Assurance & Digitalization
• Defining and executing the strategic direction for digitalization and AI within Linde Engineering by crafting a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns with the overall goals and strategy of Linde Engineering and the Linde plc
• Building and scaling a high-performing organization - recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top global talents while cultivating a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking team environment
• Driving transformation and productivity gains by delivering impactful digital and AI solutions that significantly improve our execution processes and efficiency
• Empowering business owners by building the right frameworks - such as domains and pods - to identify, shape, and execute high-value digital projects and improvement ideas
• Driving change by supporting employees as they adopt new tools and processes, while establishing a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the company
