Key Responsibilities
Handle approximately 40 product and technical support tickets daily with accuracy and empathy
Manage and update product-focused content in the customer knowledge base
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report bugs and surface customer insights
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience on a SaaS CX team with technical and product-related support responsibilities
Highly organized with strong time and project management skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
Proactive, accountable, and results-driven with a focus on customer needs
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the product and support internal teams
