An Ollie's retail store manager leads the team, oversees financial goals, ensures exceptional service, executes merchandising strategies, and maintains store security.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a preference for an associate or bachelor's degree in business management, minimum of three years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
