Job description3–5 years of experience as a full stack engineer (startup experience a plus). Proficiency with React (frontend) and Node.js (backend) - candidates with demonstrated proficiency in this framework and language will be strongly prioritized. Experience with cloud / serverless platforms ( Firebase , AWS, or similar). Comfort working with APIs, databases, and modern DevOps practices. An entrepreneurial mindset : you enjoy wearing multiple hats and taking ownership. Strong communication and collaboration skills; you thrive in small, fast-moving teams. We’re a fast-growing AI startup on a mission to help franchises and multi-location businesses scale their social media presence through authentic, customer-generated content. Our platform transforms everyday customer moments into brand-ready short-form marketing campaigns , giving businesses the tools to grow locally while staying authentic.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join as one of our first hires. You’ll work directly with the Co-Founder & CTO to build and scale the platform — contributing to everything from architecture decisions to feature development and QA automation, while shaping the engineering culture of the company.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems.
- Develop intuitive, performant user experiences that delight customers.
- Work across the stack (from database to deployment) to ship features quickly.
- Collaborate on technical strategy, QA, DevOps, and security best practices.
- Experiment with and integrate AI-powered solutions into product workflows.
- Participate in agile sprints, contributing to team velocity and product growth.
