The client serves as a vital community resource in Eastside, providing aquatics programming that enhances health, fitness, safety, recreation, and quality of life for residents. With a multi-million-dollar budget and over 100 staff members, the organization operates through partnerships with local municipalities and school districts to meet diverse community needs. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and staff leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, directly supervising key team members and facilitating strategic meetings to align pool operations and coaching staff.
