Join a team committed to creating exceptional architectural metalwork, from statement staircases to sculptural elements and functional details. In this part-time (with potential for full-time) remote role, you'll take ownership of drafting, estimating, and technical coordination, translating rough ideas into beautiful, buildable, and budget-conscious solutions.

Major Responsibilities :

Drafting :

• Produce accurate and detailed digital drawing sets for client approval based on raw sketches, redlines, and project specs.
• Translate approved designs into shop-ready documentation, including 2D and 3D files, BOMs, cut lists, hardware specs, and quality standards.
• Generate and maintain traveler packets in alignment with internal drafting department standards.
• Provide accurate cut files (.DXF or .STEP) for internal CNC or external vendor use and coordinate with vendors during handoffs.
• Place vendor orders for materials or hardware when delegated by the Shop Foreman or Operations Manager.
• Confirm current pricing and delivery timelines, and coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed.

Physical Demand and Work Environment :

This is a remote, part-time role (20-30 hours per week) with potential for full-time based on performance and business needs. General availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours is expected. May include sitting or standing at a computer for up to 10 hours a day. While most duties can be performed virtually, preference is given to candidates located in California or within driving distance of Colusa, CA .

Compensation & Benefits :

$30-$45 / hour , depending on experience.

Employees must have access to a phone, computer, webcam, and reliable internet.
