Bookkeeper with QuickBooks and HR / Benefits Experience Who :

  • $60k-$70k Position Overview : We are seeking a versatile Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks proficiency and experience in HR and benefits administration.
  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage QuickBooks entries
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR documentation
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports
  • Coordinate with external accountants and vendors as needed Qualifications :
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and general accounting practices
  • Familiarity with HR procedures and benefits management
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
