Business Development and Marketing Specialist

A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join its Chicago office. In this hybrid role, you'll help drive strategic growth initiatives across the Midwest, collaborating with senior professionals on events, pitches, thought leadership, and client development efforts.

You'll play a hands-on role in :

Coordinating high-profile client events, webinars, and industry awards

Supporting RFPs, pitches, and marketing materials

Managing CRM and contact data

Partnering with global and U.S. marketing teams on visibility and outreach campaigns

What We're Looking For

4+ years in professional services marketing or BD (legal required )

Strong project management and communication skills

Experience with CRM, PowerPoint, and marketing systems

Creative thinker with high attention to detail
