Key
Manage all office and support systems and associated vendor relationships
Manage customer order fulfillment and vendor purchase order processes
Provide exceptional customer service and support order status updates
Manage inventory part entries and support inventory control processes within our ERP system
Maintain accurate office, financial, and compliance records
Assist with production control / job order dispatch, HR documentation, and administrative tasks
Position Requirements /
~5+ years of office management or administrative experience in manufacturing / industrial settings
~ Experience in Power Transmission and / or Belting industries with strong technical acumen preferred
~ Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (JobBOSS 2 preferred)
~ Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, purchasing, and inventory control processes
~ Excellent communication and customer service skills
~ Ability to lift, stand, stoop, kneel, and occasionally lifting more than 20 lbs.
