Job descriptionMust have experience in substance abuse treatment and OBMAT (Office-Based Medication-Assisted Treatment) programs Will treat a variety of diagnosis, not only substance abuse Work Schedule : Clinic roles follow standard clinic hours Patient Volume : 8-10 patients per day Call Requirements : None Annual Salary : Up to $80,000 for candidates with prior FQHC experience Bonuses & Incentives : Relocation Assistance : Yes (may cover airfare or moving costs depending on location) Student Loan Repayment : Yes (NHSC-supported) CME Allowance : $1,000 annually Malpractice Insurance : Covered under FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act) Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions : Licensing costs covered if required for the role Insurance Benefits : Dental / Vision : Principal provider Life / AD&D Insurance : $25,000, fully paid Short-Term Disability : Employee-paid Long-Term Disability : Employer-paid Retirement Plan : Fully vested Employer match : Up to 4% with 5% employee contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) : Sick Leave : Combined with general PTO Holidays : 8 paid days CME Time : Included in general PTO Additional Notes : No pension or profit-sharing Scenic Natural Beauty - Nestled in the Appalachian Mountains with easy access to Gauley River National Recreation Area, offering stunning landscapes and outdoor activities.
