Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on prospective funders and deliver insightful prospect profiles

Collaborate with global fundraising teams to identify new prospects and support campaign strategies

Operationalize research infrastructure and oversee tools to enhance fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in prospect research or related roles

Deep experience researching various funder types, including HNWIs and foundations

Proven ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights

Experience with research tools like iWave and Foundation Directory

Fluent written and spoken English language
