Allied Universal is seeking full time security Badge Technician officers to oversee a Corporate Site in Cambridge, MA Starting Pay $24.48 / hour Must have at least 5 years of security experience Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm DailyPay available Paid orientation and Paid training Career growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist customer employees and associates resolve their badging issues via phone, email, trouble ticketing, and in-person
• Process badges and maintain appropriate logs regarding the issuance, return and track all associated actions
• Monitor and regulate the daily activities to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures
• Retain and maintain all access control documents, as well as conduct audits on access control records
• Record and report any incidents to the Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Site Security Manager
• Acknowledge and share pass down information with officers on shift
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
