Psychiatry Talent Acquisition Partner

A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner, Psychiatry (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire licensed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners

Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance on interview best practices and support equitable hiring decisions

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the company's values and strengthens the employment brand

Required Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting for medical professionals

High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse

Experience recruiting in a multi-state environment preferred

Strong business acumen and analytical skills
