The SM-3 IB program is seeking an experienced program controls analyst to join our growing team, as a part of our newly awarded FY24 / 25 contract. This contract was recently awarded as a UCA, and is expected to definitize by the end of the year. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive finance and earned value management support. This is a highly visible role within the naval power organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the day to day execution of the production pillar under the SM-3 umbrella. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight, and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.

What You Will Do

• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required.
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis / reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes.
• Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
• Guiding efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
• Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os).

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
