Director of Higher Education Architecture

As the Architecture Higher Education Leader , you will lead our Hunt Valley architecture practice, overseeing design quality, client relationships, and strategic growth. You'll be responsible for winning and managing large-scale institutional projects ($10M-$50M) , guiding a talented team of architects, and strengthening our firm's position as a trusted design partner in the Mid-Atlantic higher education market .

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Business Development

• Lead and grow our Maryland architecture practice through proactive business development and client engagement.
• Collaborate with firmwide Higher Education leadership to identify and win new design opportunities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with college, university, and institutional clients.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and community functions to promote brand visibility.
• Mentor and inspire architects, designers, and project managers to achieve excellence and career growth.
