LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Youngstown, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have extensive Maintenance Management experience in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.

Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and minimize downtime.

Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

Proven Maintenance Management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong background in troubleshooting.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a maintenance role.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay Details : $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
