Tech Product Manager- Supply Chain Systems (Marlborough)

Role Overview :

• Set the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business, and set measures of success
• Conduct market and / or customer research to understanding leading practices, what good looks like, and what the market / customers value
• Use data insights to identify opportunities and drive decision making
• Define the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities, and translate it into the product backlog
• Guide the delivery team to execute against the product roadmap and backlog, and prioritize work where needed
• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Foster relationships across the company and manage conflicting priorities as needed
• Optimize product performance, engagement, adoption and integration
• Analyze current processes and technologies associated with the product to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities
