Job Responsibilities :

• Dedicate yourself to learning and executing our proven sales process with excellence.
• Use your skills to guide customers through a seamless buying experience, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
• Continuously educate yourself on our products, and inventory.
• Become an expert in all things related to RVs and accessories, so you can confidently answer questions and provide solutions to our customers.
• Work closely with management to set clear, actionable goals that align with both personal and company objectives.
• Take ownership of your targets and strive for success by hitting or exceeding sales goals.
• Be an active and positive team player, contributing to a supportive, high-energy work environment.
• Share insights, help others when needed, and work together to achieve collective success.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with sales strategies and product knowledge.
• Ensure that all required training milestones are met.

Qualifications :

Physical Requirements :

Our top performers make over $100,000 annually. 20% of the gross profit on RVs 25% of the gross profit on boats $4,000 guarantee for 4 months or commission, whichever is greater Schedule :
