Job Description

This mid-level position within the Planning and Design unit manages capital and minor projects and is responsible for developing budgets, conceptual project estimates and schedules, and project programs. This role will organize and actively participate in design / construction teams, review design plans and specifications and construction estimates, influence and manages construction budgets, and observes and reports construction work from project sites to ensure compliance with campus standards.
