Salary : $85,000-$105,000
The Retroaim Project Manager oversees the daily activities and is ultimately responsible for the entire project. Responsibilities include preparing preconstruction submittals, schedule of values, monthly invoicing, managing change orders, coordinating site / project access, jobsite manpower forecasting / management, developing and adhering to a construction schedule and budget, customer coordination and communication. Pay range negotiable based on demonstrated experience.
Job Responsibilities :
- Defining project purpose and scope.
- Calculating resources required.
- Establishing standards and protocols.
- Allocating resources.
- Scheduling and coordinating manpower.
- Resolving design problems.
- Evaluating and implementing change orders.
- Monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluating project estimate and comparing takeoffs (material / labor) to as-built conditions.
- Contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Identifying construction management system improvements and resolving problems.
- Manage workforce by locating, evaluating, and selecting quality employees.
- Oversee preparation of daily logs and reports of construction activity for office submittal.
- Supervise change proposals, proposal requests, requests for information; supplemental instructions and other contract documentation as required on behalf of Retro Insulation.
- Prepare accurate, timely and detailed monthly project status reports. Reports will include a description of work completed to date, the work schedule going forward, deviations from the previous report, change orders and customer issues and / or project scope changes.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred.Government contracting experience preferred but not required.2+ years of experience in management and project development of Design-build construction.2+ years of estimating experience in large commercial construction projects.Experience using Microsoft Office Suites or possibly Bluebeam.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Benefits :
