The Regional Director Of Strategic Growth is a pivotal C-suite role, tasked with spearheading the organization's expansion strategy across Southern Illinois. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Director will oversee a team of approximately five business development liaisons, leveraging data-driven insights and visionary leadership to achieve ambitious census and revenue targets.

This role will manage a territory in Southern Illinois and oversee a team of approximately five liaisons / marketers.
