Human Resource Assistant Job Description : Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support : Assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documents.
• Recruitment : Help in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Onboarding : Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Payroll Assistance : Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and assisting with payroll-related queries.
• HR Projects : Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
• Other tasks as assigned to support the office of the HR Department
