About the Role
We're seeking a proactive, fast-moving, and empathetic Customer Onboarding Manager to work closely with customers during their first few months after implementation. The ideal candidate has experience with martech or sales tech products and enjoys navigating complex SaaS environments.
You'll play a key role in defining go-to-market decisions, improving and documenting onboarding processes, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and translating feedback into product improvements.
This position offers high levels of ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration with a top-performing team in the generative AI software space .
What You'll Do
Partner with new customers to launch their first campaigns and show ROI quickly.
Own and manage the onboarding process to ensure active product usage and long-term success.
Collaborate with Sales to understand customer goals and tailor onboarding accordingly.
Conduct regular check-ins and ad hoc meetings to support adoption and gather feedback.
Work with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot customer-reported issues and optimize performance.
Help refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and inform sales and product strategy.
What Were Looking For
4 to 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, Solutions, or Implementation Engineering in enterprise SaaS.
Proven ability to drive customer adoption and success in enterprise environments .
Startup experience preferred (Seed to Series A / B).
Martech or sales tech background highly recommended.
Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and tools.
Technically savvycomfortable navigating enterprise software and setting up workflows.
Excellent communicator who can engage confidently with marketing leaders (CMOs, growth leads, content teams).
Proactive, energetic, and hands-on always thinking two steps ahead.
Location & Work Setup
Must be based in the SF Bay Area .
Expected to work in the office 3 days per week in San Mateo.
