Job Summary
The New Business Development Representative (NBD) is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing the customer base for The Seals franchise. This role focuses exclusively on sales and lead generation, targeting both single-unit and multi-unit commercial accounts. The NBD does not handle re-inspections or product installations, allowing for a full focus on business development.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential clients within the assigned territoryConduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makersDrive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referralsDevelop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunitiesCollaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operationsMaintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systemsAchieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotasQualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar roleStrong communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExperience using CRM tools is preferredKnowledge of service-based industries is a plusValid drivers license and reliable transportationCompany Overview
