Our client, a growing health technology company, is looking for Member Advocate Contractors to join their Customer Experience team in Lehi, UT. This is a great opportunity to help people navigate their healthcare benefits while gaining hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment.
You’ll play an important role during the busiest time of the year — as new health plans launch and members begin using their benefits — ensuring every member has a smooth and positive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for members via phone and email, delivering a compassionate and high-quality experience
- Answer Tier 1 inquiries related to health benefits, billing, eligibility, and plan details
- Guide members through using their healthcare benefits and understanding their coverage
- Learn about health insurance, benefits, and network plans through comprehensive training
- Collaborate with your team and leadership to ensure a seamless member experience
- Uphold the company’s values and help foster a positive and supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For

1+ years in a customer-facing or high-volume service roleExperience in healthcare or insurance (a plus, not required)Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plusAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredAdditional Details
