Pay Rate : 19.37 / hr on W2
Shift : Part-Time (Multiple shifts)
(On-site Monday / Tuesday, remote the rest of the week)
Schedules :
- 9-2pm (22.5 hours)
- 10-3 pm (22.5 hours)
- 11-4 pm (22.5 hours)
Job Description :
This is a temporary Member Advocate Contractor to join our Customer Experience team in Lehi, UT. You will be joining us for the most critical time of the year. as new health plans launch, our members are actively engaging with their benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for them during this peak period.
Responsibilities :
Get an introduction into health insurance, benefits, and network plans to support tier 1 member questions and supportConnect with members via phone and email to address and resolve a variety of member inquiries to help people understand, navigate, and pay for healthcareSupport and cultivate an office culture that aligns with Client values and incorporates the outstanding aspects of the teamReporting to a Team Lead, this will be an essential roleYour skills include :
Have a desire to help others with healthcare situations and have a resiliency mindset that can consistently create empathy with each and every one of our membersHave outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, and will use this to navigate sophisticated and moving member inquiriesYou have the ability to adapt well in a fast-paced high-volume environment to deliver personalized and eloquent member serviceAbility to learn new software programs and adapt quickly to new processesMaintain composure and compassion when balancing a high volume of tasksNice to have :
