A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and develop targeted recruiting strategies
Manage applicant tracking and HRIS systems to ensure accurate data and a seamless candidate experience
Qualifications :
5+ years in a similar role with experience in fast-paced environments
3+ years of experience sourcing and hiring talent in the retirement or wealth management industry
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems, preferably Greenhouse and Dayforce
Strong understanding of inclusive recruiting practices and DEI goals
Experience in promoting employer branding to attract top talent
