We are hiring experienced Millwrights / Riggers for industrial maintenance work in Reading, PA.

Tasks include valve removal, swap-out, and installation, piping and ductwork repair / modification, and general equipment support. Strong rigging experience is required, and stick welding skills are a plus. Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, have all required hand tools, and wear proper PPE and harnesses. Join a team performing critical maintenance in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Pay rate is $34 / hour.

Requirements :

• Proven millwright or rigger experience
• Rigging and equipment installation skills
• Ability to perform stick welding preferred
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
• Must have all personal hand tools
• Must wear PPE and harness
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
