What You’ll Do :

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and manage business relationships including owner-occupied CRE, small- to mid-sized commercial borrowers, and select ag clients.
• Structure and underwrite commercial credit (C&I and CRE) while building new customer relationships through community involvement and trusted referrals.
• Cross-sell deposit, cash-management and business banking solutions to deepen borrower relationships.
• Gain the autonomy to influence your portfolio, take ownership of your book, and make a visible impact in a community bank setting.
