Requirements :

• Licensed Residential Real Estate Agent in Columbia, SC.
• Active real estate license in South Carolina.
• Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales and closings in the local market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate for clients' needs.
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
