We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA-C) who thinks differently. Someone who doesn’t just follow medical protocols but truly understands how to optimize patient health in ways that go beyond the textbook. Position Overview :

We are seeking an NP or PA-C interested in starting Part-Time with the opportunity to expand to full time in 3-6 months . The right person will have with a passion for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, and peptide therapies or a drive to learn and excel in this field. This is not a role for someone looking to clock in and out. We want a provider who thinks critically, questions outdated approaches, and is committed to offering real, results-driven patient care.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time : Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (in-office) with opportunity to expand to Full Time in 3-6 months
• Compensation : Competitive hourly rate of $50-$75 per hour (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonuses As Silk Life Continues to grow, so does your income!
• Growth Opportunity : Potential to expand into a full-time role as we continue to rapidly grow and potential to move to a leadership role at Silk Life. This is an extremely rewarding field to be in as far as earning potential and the ability to help your patients get real results. Having expertise in Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss will make you extremely valuable. You will work along side owner and PA-C, Tina Jacobs, providing the opportunity to not only excel in this field but the potential to own your own business one day if desired with what you learn here.
