Job descriptionBS or higher in Engineering or Computer Science strongly preferred. 3-5 years of experience leading an S&OP Process Ability to collaborate cross functionally is an absolute must Comfort leading up, down, & across the organization SAP experience is strongly preferred Must be able to collaborate productively across the organization including senior leadership, engineering, production, procurement, as well as supply chain Must have the ability to think outside the box & identify / implement solutions to drive results while maintaining regulatory & quality compliance. Occasional travel may be required

Your Mission
- Develop & Lead formal S&OP process for the Launchers Division
- Align Demand Plans with multiple customer facing teams & ensure demand is properly loaded in SAP
- Line up customer requirements & production plans with business team to align financial goals / expectations
- Ensure Operations & Procurement teams are aligned with customer / business needs as well with each other
- Develop & ensure completion of capacity planning process as well as integration into production planning
- Understand & clearly communicate risks to production / business plans & help execute mitigation plans
- Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics
