A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Redwood City, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper payments are made to suppliers according to contract terms

Perform statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding payments

Coordinate with team members on supplier issues and process improvement projects

Required Qualifications

Strong Accounts Payable experience

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions

Bachelor's Degree required
