Personal Assistant
CN Deals and Coupons provides consumers with limited time exclusive money-saving deals on everyday necessities plus luxury items.
We are seeking a self motivated, problem solving, well versed Personal Assistant to join our team.
Purpose of the Post
To provide a strictly private and confidential personal assistant role to the owner of CN Deals and Coupons. To manage her workload, assist her in her tasks on hand and act as gatekeeper to her.
Main Responsibilities will include :
Data entry
Coordinating meetings and phone calls,
Managing correspondence via email
Managing Weekly Giveaways
Reconciliations
Weekly welcome posts
Daily sales emails
Assist in running Commissions
Answering social media messages and notifications
keeping schedules up to date
Updating Ads on website and app
Reports tracking
Scheduling Daily engagement posts
keeping email lists up to date
helping with daily newsletter
The ideal candidate will :
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Work well independently
- Be a problem solver
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, All social media platforms
- Have some graphic design skills and be familiar with Canva
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a passion for couponing and helping others save money.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
The job of Personal Assistant is a part-time position for a maximum of 30 hours / week. No benefits are available at this time.
