Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will take full responsibility for our day-to-day warehouse operations, as well as creating and implementing process improvements for operations. They are responsible for, but not limited to receiving incoming POs, organizing the warehouse, releasing goods to manufacturing for production, outbound shipping, and keeping accurate inventory counts. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, energetic, able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, and proactively work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Receive shipments, verifying items are free from damage, match requirements on the purchase order, and distribute to the appropriate departments
• Pick and transfer items from the warehouse to production to meet weekly production demands
• Pick, pack, and ship sales and support orders as needed by dates and ensure items are protected from damage.
• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and general discrepancy identification
• Ensures all ERP transactions are timely and accurate
• Ensures all receiving and shipping documents are retained and accurate
• Interfaces and provides exceptional support to internal customers such as Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Support
• Take ownership of responsibilities and problem-solve areas of needed improvement (i.e., warehouse layout and organization, inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping practices, etc.)
• Performs additional duties as assigned
