A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist clients and therapists in accessing high-quality mental healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phone and live chat
Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams to enhance the platform
Educate customers about the platform while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Self-motivated and eager to learn
At least one year of customer-facing professional experience is preferred
Basic programming or engineering skills and / or education in a business or technology-related field is a plus
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics related to customer interactions
