Overview

Were seeking a highly communicative and technically skilled UPS Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.

Youll be the front line of support for our clients, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and other electrical support devices. While prior experience with UPS systems is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong technical support backgrounds in electrical or electronic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for UPS systems and related electrical devices.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Document support cases and resolutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in developing support documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Experience with UPS systems is highly preferred.
  • Background in technical support for electrical or electronic devices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) CRM system.
  • Experience with SNMP network systems and / or lithium battery technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
