Position Summary :

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the GSE Supervisor at Boston Logan Airport. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the GSE department by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support :

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation related to GSE operations.

Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and appointments for the GSE Supervisor and team.

Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners.

Assist in preparing reports for regulatory compliance and safety audits.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
