Analog Devices Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join our RF Semiconductors (RFS) team. RFS combines ADI’s RF technology groups to create an industry leading team which brings-to-market high performance integrated ASSPs and building block RF ICs, which complete ADI’s signal chains from Antenna to Baseband in ASD, INS and COMs applications. As an engineering project manager within the RFS team you will be responsible for managing the development of new products, advanced core technology and intellectual property (IP) to meet the requirements of our broad customer base. You will work closely with engineers leading various functional aspects of product development projects, planning and coordinating overall development activities. You will be part of a large organization, collaborating with engineers at several locations globally.

Key Responsibilities
Lead large scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions making decisions with long term implications for functions or BU.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
Partner with other Program Managers to prioritize deliverables across concurrent development and sustaining projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications, providing regular updates, escalating critical issues, and ensuring transparency across all levels.
