Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Load materials and tools into the machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
• Monitor machine operations during production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Engage with team members and leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
