This position may involve some light facility maintenance work, however primary duties will be custodial.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Knowledge of machines / tools
- Time management and organization skills
- Valid driver's license / acceptable driving record
ABOUT YOUR ROLE :
- Cleans the service and customer areas.
- Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
- Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.
- Preform general construction duties - plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
- Removes all debris from lot.
- Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Tending commercial sprinklers and controls
- Mows lawn, trims shrubbery and cultivates flowers. Waters flower beds and removes debris
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in cleaning / using cleaning equipment
