Job Title : CNC Programmer

Pay Range : $28–$36 / hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity :

Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Nashua, NH, to recruit an experienced CNC Programmer . This full-time role focuses on both prototype and production machining in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a hands-on professional with strong Mastercam skills and a solid background in CNC programming and machine setup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling machines, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Create and update setup documentation and maintain accurate programming records
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, supervisors, and machinists to provide technical support and resolve issues
• Generate CAM files based on CAD drawings, technical prints, or verbal instructions
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to test and validate programs as needed
• Review customer specifications and work with internal or client teams to address discrepancies
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional tasks as assigned

Pay Details : $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
