JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the milling CNC operations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordinate the activities of the 2nd shift milling CNC team.
• Ensure that all milling CNC machines are set up, operated, and maintained according to company standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the milling process.
• Train and mentor team members on proper machine operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
