Job Summary
As a Production Worker, you'll play a vital role on our high-speed production line, working to ensure our products are packaged accurately and efficiently. You'll help maintain the quality and consistency that McKee Foods is known for, supporting our mission to deliver delicious snacks to millions of customers. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include :
Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping
Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartonsFilling cases with cartons of snack cakesArranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patternsMonitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targetsCollaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that ariseFollowing production schedules and meeting production quotasFollowing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work areaRequired Qualifications
