How You'll Contribute :

The Eloqua Campaign Manager is a detail-oriented and results-driven role within the client's Marketing Communications Operations team. This individual contributor role is essential in executing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and sales opportunity acceleration across the customer journey.

You will work closely with global and regional marketing teams, MarCom, sales, and corporate marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that align with business goals and customer needs.

This role is based on-site in Midland, MI.

What You'll Do :

Lead and Opportunity Management

• Execute lead management strategies in alignment with global marketing objectives and regional plans
• Maintain and optimize lead scoring models to prioritize sales-ready leads
• Monitor the lead funnel from acquisition through conversion and identify areas for improvement
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Eloqua and related tools, helping teams understand capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices
• Support integration with tools such as Adobe Workfront and Salesforce
